
As software becomes more and more capable, we at Xetec believe that most programs can only be easy to use after you have been shown how. We therefore provide in-depth training with all products, and more importantly, along with necessary assistance in program implementation. Not all software, fills that criteria however, and in those cases, we provide every assistance to enable clients to adopt the software.
We provide User Support for all software packages sold by us. In some cases, this service can incur a yearly cost, and can include regular updates to software. The support normally consists of a combination of telephone and e-mail support. For further details on what is available please see the Support section of the individual software package in question.
Consultancy
To Xetec, consultancy days are very dependent on you, the client. They usually consist of a combination of a presentation by both parties, and a detailed examination of the situation to assess the best way forward.
