We provide User Support for all software packages sold by us.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 In some cases, this service can incur a yearly cost, and can include regular updates to software. The following methods of support are available :

  1. Web support, using a service powered by Citrix®, which enables PC to PC collaboration over the web. Telephone support, available from Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30 hrs.

  2. E-mail, with a maximum response of 4 hours. All updates and corrections, free of charge. Major updates are posted out automatically, smaller updates may be downloaded from our website.
