In some cases, this service can incur a yearly cost, and can include regular updates to software. The following methods of support are available :
Web support, using a service powered by
Citrix®, which enables PC to PC collaboration over
the web. Telephone support, available from Monday to Friday,
09.00 to 17.30 hrs.
E-mail, with a maximum response of 4 hours. All updates and corrections, free of charge. Major updates are posted out automatically, smaller updates may be downloaded from our website.
