The terms and conditions below relate to sales from our website. These sales are also subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale which are available on request or to download here.
Product Pricing
All prices quoted on our site excludes postage and packing charges unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted are subject to VAT depending on the location of the buyer. Should VAT be applicable, it will be at the rate of Irish VAT which is 21.5% or UK rate which is 15%. Please see our terms on VAT below.
Delivery
All orders will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 10 days of the order being received and upon full payment of the goods.
Warranty
All product warranty is in addition to your specific legal
rights, all statutory rights remain unaffected.
Unless otherwise stated goods supplied are brand new. The
warranty on the goods protects the original owner and is not
transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of
purchase. It covers all defects in material and manufacture
but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse,
modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by
failing to follow instructions contained and or supplied
with the product is also not covered.
The warranty does not cover the cost for return for testing
or the cost of removal and reinstallation.
Orders
All orders received are subject to availability. Xetec Ltd are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer, all items offered are subject to availability. As our suppliers product line changes the product lines offered by Xetec Ltd changes.
Order Procedures
After placing your order you will receive your order
confirmation by e-mail and be provided with an order
reference number, please print this off for your reference.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print
hard copies of invoices or orders from this web site for the
purpose of placing an order with Xetec Ltd.
On receipt of your order, Xetec Ltd will check the order and
then advise you by either e-mail or by telephone of any
errors, and confirm order delivery. When a product is not in
available we will advise you accordingly. If there will be a
delay in supply for goods ordered, you have the choice to
wait or to cancel the order entirely.
Once Xetec Ltd has your consent and agreement to the order
we will dispatch the goods on receipt of payment. Xetec Ltd
will not charge for goods not in stock we will only debit
your payment card for goods supplied and dispatched for each
order placed.
Xetec Ltd will retain a complete and accurate record of your
transaction and this is available to you should you loose or
require these for your records.
All correspondence regarding you order will be conducted in
English.
Payment
For your security we will only deliver to the card holders
address as held on record by the card issuer. Where delivery
is to an address other than the card holders address we will
only ship the goods once payment and settlement has been
made in full by credit or debit card. This may result in
delays in your order being shipped but it is for your own
security.
Goods will only be shipped when credit or debit card
approval has been authorised and payment received in full. A
delivery delay of 4 to 6 days will apply if the order is to
be paid by cheque or money order.
If the goods are shipped with an express delivery company
you will be provided with a reference number to allow you to
track the goods once the goods have been dispatched.
For normal postage we will confirm postage despatch date by
e-mail.
Back Orders
Some items may not be available to ship out of stock at the time of your order. Should this occur the goods will be shipped when they are immediately available. If Xetec Ltd are unable to supply the goods within 30 days you will be informed and you have the right to cancel the order for the goods in question.
Payment Card Fraud
If someone makes a dishonest or fraudulent use of another persons payment card then the person has the right to cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund the money to their account.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Where a product is found or deemed to be faulty upon receipt
please contact us immediately for specific returns
instructions.
Do not post any goods until we have advised you of the full
postal address for returns, in some cases this might be
directly to the manufacturer.
Where possible Xetec Ltd would like any goods returned in
original packing but this is not essential and please
include a copy of your invoice and a written reason for each
returned item.
On receipt of the returned goods Xetec Ltd we will inspect
and or test the product to attain the cause of the fault or
failure. If it is found that the fault or failure is due to
a material or manufacture defect we will send you a
replacement, free of charge.
C.O.D.
Do not send items back to Xetec Ltd COD as we will not accept any COD items.
Damaged Goods
If an item should arrive damaged as a result of shipment you
must contact Xetec Ltd within 7 days from " day after" the
date of delivery and we will advise you of the procedures
for damaged goods return. Please keep all original packaging
and the delivery note.
We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to the
purchaser.
International Orders
We will ship all international orders upon full payment of
the goods by a suitable air parcel service or as requested
by the purchaser. Please ensure you include your full name,
address, city, and postal code and country with your order,
and also include your phone, fax and e-mail address.
Please state method of payment i.e. type of credit card we
will accept money orders in Euro or Pounds Sterling for the
full amount of your order. All goods will be charged in Euro
or Pounds Sterling.
Duties
For orders shipped to international destinations customers must consult their local bank, postal service and customs authority to determine exchange rate and duty charges for the goods ordered. All duties and any other additional charges incurred at the time of import for goods supplied, are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the cost of goods and shipping charged by Xetec Ltd.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All Irish customers will be charged VAT at the rate of 21%.
All UK customers will be charged VAT at the rate of 17.5%.
If a customer is outside Ireland/UK but with the European
Union and has a VAT number, the sale will be VAT free.
Please indicate this in the checkout section of our store,
you will otherwise be charged VAT.
For all sales outside the European Union VAT will not be
charged.
